Return Policy

My item/s have arrived damaged what options do I have

Unfortunately once the item leaves our factory we have not control over how your parcel is handled while it is on its way to you although it is very uncommon/rare damages do happen while in transit

so if this happen what shall you do 

​

  • You must declare a damaged item/s within 24 hrs after they have been delivered by email (grpstyling@gmail.com).

  • Once declared we will give you the option off a replacement item/s or return the item and get a full refund

  • if the damage is only minor we will offer you part refund to pay/cover the cost off it been repaired if you choose to accept once we have given you the part refund ur claim will be closed

Returning an Unwanted Item

We are happy to take back unused items they must be in same condition as we sent them out for a refund

​

  • You must declare to us within 14 days from the day after delivery that you wish to return the item.

  • Goods must be in original packaging and packaged well to prevent damage in transit. 

  • Goods must NOT be used fitted or painted 

  • Return postage is non-refundable, for customer errors for example ordering the wrong product / if you decide you don't like the product in person and changed ur mind
